The Consultation Environment

To ensure the most accurate results, all colour analysis sessions are conducted in natural light or professional daylight-balanced lighting. I ask that clients arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. If you are wearing makeup, you will be asked to remove it in the studio to ensure your natural skin chemistry is correctly assessed.

Bookings & Cancellations

A deposit of £30 is required to secure your appointment.

• Rescheduling: I understand life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move your session.

• Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as these slots are difficult to fill at short notice

Intellectual Property & Materials

Following your session, you will receive a digital palette or physical swatches. These materials are for your personal use only. The "Identity Restoration" process and any bespoke advice provided during the session are the intellectual property of The Palette & Style Studio.

Health & Safety

The studio is a professional space. While every care is taken during the draping process, The Palette & Style Studio cannot be held liable for any reactions to makeup products used during the session (if applicable) or for accidental damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
