For remote digital packages (e.g., The Groom’s Digital Blueprint or Online Colour Analysis), this covers the high-definition photos you electronically submit to us under strict lighting guidelines.

Structural Body Metrics: Full-length photographs and silhouette outlines submitted securely in advance for the Internal Glow Style & Silhouette Masterclass.

Payment & Billing Data: Secure processing tokens handled exclusively via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Scheduling). We do not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers on our local internal drives.

Technical Analytics: IP addresses, cookies, and browsing behaviors collected automatically via your visits to our Squarespace website platform.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

3. IMAGE, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RETENTION RULES

Important Notice Regarding Studio Media: Because colour analysis relies heavily on permanent visual documentation, photographs and video files captured inside the Omagh studio sanctuary require clear storage boundaries:

Case Studies & Model Releases: Media used for public marketing funnels, Instagram content, orwebsite displays (such as the Founding Five) is stored securely and permanently until you explicitly revoke consent.

Standard Consultation Reference Photos: Reference photos used purely to curate your 9-page Personalised Palette & Style Guide are securely archived for up to twenty-four (24) months following your initial session. This ensures that if you lose your digital assets, buy extra swatch fans, or register for advanced Tier 2 styling sessions later, your data is available.

After 24 months, internal non-marketing client image archives are permanently and securely deleted.

4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

We never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal details to external marketing networks. To facilitate smooth transactions and digital delivery, your information is processed securely through trusted, encrypted third-party services:
